Website systems may also collect device and browser information, IP address, referrer, pages visited, timestamps, and campaign attribution parameters.
Service data
When providing outbound services, GenMantis may process business contact data, professional roles, company information, research from public business sources, campaign records, message history, verification status, replies, opt-outs, and suppression records on behalf of a client or for legitimate business operations.
How information is used
We use information to respond to enquiries, schedule calls, assess fit, provide and secure services, operate campaigns, process opt-outs, maintain suppression records, improve workflows, keep business records, and meet applicable obligations. We do not use an enquiry to subscribe you to unrelated messages.
Sources and sharing
Information may come from you, a client, appropriate business-data providers, verification services, and public company or professional sources. It may be shared with service providers that support hosting, communication, scheduling, analytics, CRM, verification, and campaign operations, subject to appropriate contractual controls. We do not sell website-enquiry information.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, service delivery, suppression integrity, dispute handling, security, and business or legal record requirements. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information, while recognizing that no system can guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Service providers may process information outside your province, state, or country. Where required, appropriate contractual or other transfer safeguards are used.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. These rights can be subject to legal limits. Marketing opt-outs are handled separately and do not require a privacy-rights request.
