FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Direct answers before the sales call.

The questions buyers should ask about data, research quality, infrastructure, campaign control, ownership, and fit.

Where the right answer depends on your market or systems, we say so.

01Where does GenMantis source its data?

Campaign inputs come from client-provided criteria and appropriate business-data sources, supplemented with publicly available company and professional context. The exact sources depend on the market. GenMantis records source context for research claims and does not treat one provider as ground truth.

02How are email addresses verified?

The system confirms the person and current role, identifies a likely business address, and uses verification checks before sending. Addresses that remain ambiguous, invalid, or high-risk are held back rather than forced into a campaign.

03How do you protect domain reputation?

Campaign infrastructure uses properly configured domains and authentication, prepared inboxes, per-inbox sending limits, gradual activity, bounce monitoring, complaint monitoring, and pause rules. See the Data & Sending Practices page for the operating detail.

04How do you reduce spam complaints?

Start with a narrow, relevant market; use truthful business context; keep frequency controlled; avoid deceptive copy; provide a clear opt-out; and suppress anyone who asks not to be contacted. Complaint prevention begins with audience quality, not copy tricks.

05How personalized is each email?

Research is performed at the account and decision-maker level. The message uses a qualified business angle when one exists. Personalization does not mean inserting many facts; it means using the one fact that makes the commercial reason for contact clearer.

06Do you use the same message for every prospect?

Campaigns share a tested proposition and structure, but the research evidence, angle, and relevant context can vary by account. The system does not manufacture uniqueness where the underlying reason to contact is the same.

07What happens when reply rates underperform?

First diagnose the layer: market fit, data quality, deliverability, offer, relevance, copy, or timing. Changes are made against a stated hypothesis. Increasing volume is not the default response to weak performance.

08How long does it take to launch?

Timing depends on market definition, research requirements, data availability, infrastructure readiness, and the client review cycle. A focused pilot can move faster than a multi-segment managed program. A realistic launch plan is agreed during scoping.

09What contract length is required?

Commitment depends on the engagement model. Pilots are fixed-scope; managed and custom systems require enough time to prepare infrastructure, collect meaningful response data, and improve the campaign. Terms are stated in the proposal before work begins.

10Who owns the data and campaign assets?

Ownership and permitted use are defined in the service agreement. In a typical engagement, clients receive the campaign outputs created for them. GenMantis retains its pre-existing methods, software, and reusable operating know-how.

11Can GenMantis work with an existing CRM?

Yes, when the CRM and workflow are technically suitable. The engagement defines which records are read or written, field mappings, deduplication, ownership, and how replies or opportunities should be handed off.

12Can you use our current sending infrastructure?

Potentially. Existing domains, authentication, inbox history, reputation, provider limits, and operating controls must be reviewed first. GenMantis will recommend separate infrastructure when using the current setup would create unnecessary risk.

13How are interested replies handled?

Replies are classified and presented with the account research and message history. The client’s team takes over interested conversations unless a different response workflow is explicitly scoped.

14What does the client need to provide?

A clear offer, target-market knowledge, exclusions, existing-customer and active-opportunity suppression data, proof points that can be used truthfully, a sales handoff owner, and timely feedback on campaign quality.

15Is GenMantis a legal compliance service?

No. GenMantis builds operational controls intended to support responsible outreach, but does not provide legal advice or guarantee that a campaign is lawful in every jurisdiction. Clients should obtain qualified advice for their facts and markets.
