Prohibited activity
GenMantis services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, discriminatory, exploitative, or abusive activity; impersonation; malware or credential theft; evasion of opt-outs; misleading sender identity; or campaigns involving prohibited goods or services.
Data and audience standards
Clients must not provide data obtained unlawfully or without the rights needed for its intended use. Campaigns must have a credible business audience and purpose. Sensitive personal data, children’s data, and intrusive personal context may not be used for personalization.
Sending standards
Clients may not demand unrestricted volume, conceal sender identity, remove required opt-out mechanisms, re-add suppressed contacts, or direct GenMantis to bypass platform, provider, or legal restrictions.
Enforcement
GenMantis may investigate suspected misuse, pause affected activity, require remediation, or end services where activity presents material risk or violates these standards.
