Start with an explicit market contract

The market brief should state who belongs, who does not, which roles matter, what evidence may raise priority, and what would make an account unsafe or unproductive to contact. Ambiguity here spreads through every later stage.

Store the selection reason with the account. A list without reasons cannot be audited or improved.

Transform, verify, and qualify

Account records move through enrichment, identity resolution, contact verification, research, hook scoring, and message assembly. Each stage should return a status and a rejection reason, not only a payload.

Structured fields keep evidence separate from generated copy. A reviewer can then challenge the claim, source, inference, or recipient without reverse-engineering an email.

Close the loop after sending

Sending is not the end of the pipeline. Delivery signals, opt-outs, objections, interested replies, and downstream sales outcomes should update suppression, target logic, and messaging decisions.
